Terms & Conditions
Version 0.1 (draft) · Effective 22 July 2026 · Pending legal review before launch
1. Acceptance & eligibility
By creating an account you accept these terms. You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to hold an account.
2. Accounts & workspaces
You own your account; a workspace is owned by its Owner. Owners control billing, member roles (Owner / Admin / Editor / Viewer), and deletion. Members are responsible for what they add or edit, and edits are attributed.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to break isolation between workspaces, no abuse of shared infrastructure, no reverse engineering except where law permits.
4. Purchases & billing
A one-time Lifetime unlock covers the on-device app, billed through the App Store, Play Store, or web checkout under their respective rules — it never renews. Cloud features (sync & backup, shared workspaces, receipt OCR, AI categorization) are a separate, optional recurring Cloud subscription (Individual, Family, or Business), billed monthly or yearly; it renews until cancelled, and cancelling never locks your locally stored data.
5. Financial-data disclaimer
Lumbung is a tracking and management tool. It is not a bank, lender, broker, or financial advisor, and nothing in the product constitutes financial advice.
6. Your content
You retain rights to the data and attachments (e.g. receipts) you add. You grant us the limited license needed to store, sync, and display them to your workspace — nothing more.
7. Third-party & partner offers
Any partner offers are clearly disclosed, optional, and governed by the partner’s own terms.
8. Warranty & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim, or Rp 1,000,000.
9. Termination & deletion
You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Deletion removes your data after a short recovery window.
10. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia; disputes are resolved in Indonesian jurisdiction after good-faith negotiation.
11. Changes
We version these terms with an effective date and prompt re-acceptance when a new version is published.
